Faculty/staff can use CampusGroups to request their event space (if needed), request room set-up needs, and promote their events with an image, description, and tags (see “Market Your Event”).
Visit TeamDynamix for detailed instructions on searching for an available room, requesting an event space, requesting room set-up needs, and editing your event. Submitting this form is not a guarantee of a reservation; you will need to receive confirmation from the Office of Events and Summer Programs before finalizing your event.
For private events and/or events that do not need to appear in CampusGroups, please continue to use the “Request a Room” form.
