Help Desk Certifications

Technology changes at a rapid pace. The Help Desk staff need to stay ahead of the curve and keep their technical knowledge up to date. Since March of 2004 the I.T Help Desk staff have increased their computer certifications by 10 times.

These certifications include: Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS), Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT), Help Desk Analyst (HDA), Apple Certified Desktop Technician (ACDT) Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC), Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST), and Microsoft Service Professional (MCP).
